The breakfast buffet IS HUGE. It had both Japanese and western options. The room came with a Smartphone, which I could use as a hotspot. I appreciated the laundry room. It had washers AND dryers. Ice machine access was super too.

The room DID lack sufficient closet space. This was a little inconvenient for unpacking.

The location is Very nice for shopping. The hotel is a short walk from multiple metro stations. This made getting around the area VERY easy. I found many restaurants nearby.

The breakfast selection IS VERY diverse. There were fresh salads, hot dishes, and many desserts. I especially liked the Japanese breakfast options. Coffee AND tea were available all day.

the location is fabulous! clean accommodation and English speaking staff, were definitely pluses.

the pillows were NOT very comfortable, i was always waking up at night. also, there could be more soundproofing! i could hear EVERYTHING. the noise from the hallway, the street noise, and even the people in the next room. it made it hard to get a decent night's sleep.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location!

The complimentary coffee in the lounge was a lifesaver. I enjoyed it at all hours. The bathroom rain shower was fantastic and refreshing after a long day exploring. I also found the location to be very convenient. It was easy to get around!

The music from a nearby nightclub was audible at night, it made sleeping a little difficult before the early hours. I think better soundproofing would improve future stays.
